Swiss Cow, Heidi Appenzeller, produces quality Swiss cheeses and dairy products and sells them from her home-based dairy, Say Cheese. Greek Goat, Nikos Galanopoulos, works alongside her producing Feta, Halloumi, yogurt and Mediterranean hard cheeses while his wife, Daphne, manages the shop and decorating.
The Mee family is a mixed family of cats. Mali Mee, the mother is from Thailand and her husband Barry (Bazza) is Australian. They live together with their two children, Tangmo and Archie, in a lovely Thai house with a takeaway attached.
Kenji Hikyaku (a bluebird) is the post master of Little Paw Valley. Originally from Japan, Kenji lives here at the Little Paw Valley post office with his daughter Hana.
Hans Steinmetz (a badger), originally from Bavaria in Germany, is a stoneworker. This is his house, workshop and quarry.
