Swiss Cow, Heidi Appenzeller, produces quality Swiss cheeses and dairy products and sells them from her home-based dairy, Say Cheese. Greek Goat, Nikos Galanopoulos, works alongside her producing Feta, Halloumi, yogurt and Mediterranean hard cheeses while his wife, Daphne, manages the shop and decorating.
